Coastal Estates is a single-family subdivision, located in Southwest Fort Myers just minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. It is a deed-restricted Homeowners Association governed by its own Articles of Incorporation, Deed of Restrictions, By Laws, and Rules as well as Florida Statutes Chapters 720 and 617.
There are no age restrictions in Coastal Estates. In Coastal Estates, you own the home and the lot, but there are no extra amenities. Per the Association's governing documents, the annual Maintenance Fee is $100.00 per lot. There is also the possibility of an annual assessment, determined each year by the Board of Directors at the annual Budget Meeting.
